[ D2 Version ] The m4 8 is an 8" long X-Max subwoofer. We have been asked for an 8 that smashes the lows and takes power. This is an 8 that will give those that asked exactly what they are looking for. A tall roll stitched surround, oversized spiders, and a taller cast frame than the m3. These newly designed parts allow for lower frequency reproduction and higher power handling. The bolted-down spaced spider design keeps it all linear. The m4 8 uses a gap-cooled design to allow the 2.5" voice coil to thermally take more power than the m3. Glues to re-cone your subwoofer. **GLUES MUST BE USED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED  CA Glue is used for securing the spiders to the frame, surround to frame as well as the dust cap and will need to be sprayed with activator to work correctly. If glue joints are over 1/8" thick, layer/spray the joints to ensure they harden. Failure to do so may cause the center of the glue to not fully cure. Make Sure your surfaces are clean and prepped correctly, Failure to do so can cause the CA glue to not adhere properly and surfaces glues together to come apart.  ** IF YOUR KIT INCLUDES "Rubber Glue" it is for securing the surround to the frame as well as the dust caps to the cones.
