The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Warranty THIS AMPLIFIER IS NOT .5 OHM STABLE. Running this amplifier at .5 ohm will likely blow mosfets and burn the board. No warranty will be given when the board is burnt NO EXCEPTIONS. Product defect Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. If you burn the amplifier’s mosfet, or burn the amplifiers board we know this is from either improper voltage, improper wiring, or playing while clipping which can result in burning the PCB board which is not covered under warranty. NO EXCEPTIONS. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of specification, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than SLAPZ Car Audio. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your amplifier back to us for warranty examination. If your amplifier is covered under warranty shipping back to you will be no charge – if your amplifier is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you then shipping will be billed to you. At the sole discretion of Slapz Car Audio your amplifier will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Slapz Car Audio the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement.
