We do not suggest a larger amplifier or failure can occur. *****Do not mix this version 2 Smackdown with a version 1 Smackdown in the same enclosure***** 15 Day Return Policy Subwoofer must be in original new condition with original box including manual and transfer stickers in good condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Warranty All SLAPZ Audio products are tested on power in house to insure there are no manufacturer defects. Product Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. A break in period of 5 hours is necessary for the subwoofers stiff suspension. Failure to do so can result in the voice coil detaching from the subwoofer cone or spider. This warranty does not cover improper installation, playing above the power ratings of the subwoofer, playing at excessive clipping, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of specification, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than SLAPZ Car Audio. Unwinding of the voice coil is not covered under the 1 year warranty NO EXCEPTIONS as this is considered abuse. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the subwoofer. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your subwoofer back to us for warranty examination. If your subwoofer is covered under warranty shipping back to you will be no charge – if your subwoofer is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you then shipping will be billed to you. At the sole discretion of Slapz Car Audio your subwoofer will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Slapz Car Audio the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. SLAPZ car audio is not responsible for hearing loss. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico We do not offer free shipping to these areas due to the extreme shipping cost. If you live in one of these locations and place an order we will reach out to you with the additional cost to ship your product. Understand any warranty shipping is also the responsibility of the customer and SLAPZ Audio is not liable for the higher shipping costs back and forth for warranty service
