This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our websi te. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. Came with a quality terminal cup.just need some speaker wire and a couple o ring connectors and your in business. .it's designed by Drew Jones of bassahaulics designs..went together well and easy aside from the 2 pieces to the port weren't predrilled like the rest of the enclosure..all in all my son is stoked and I'm happy to have gotten from d4s..made life simple.i have pics but it won't let me upload em. 5 Sound quality Posted by rusty pierce on Aug 16, 2025 Love the box was easy to put together and it sounds awesome with my 2 10”dc audio subwoofers.
