The reason for my lower score is because of the build time, shipping and terminal cup. The build time took about 2-3 weeks longer than I was promised,shipping took 3 days longer than promised. For the terminal cup, the way it is installed/bulid in needs to be a push style cup. The fact i have to use ring terminals for the speaker wire is crazy. When you get the wire hooked up to the terminal cup and put back in,it bends the hell out of the wire and is currently causing issues and now im looking at having to replace ther terminal cup 5 Just do it Posted by Mitch Oliver on Oct 25, 2019 If your thinking about it, just do it! You WILL NOT be disappointed. After having my car audio shop I go to build me a box that turned out wrong (cubic feet was too small, tuned incredibly high not at 32HZ like I asked, not flush mounted like I asked) I decided to go with D4S. I received my box last night and the craftsmanship is outstanding! Keith Sanders is awesome and totally killed it! It’s exactly build to the specs I wanted. You can get them cheaper from shops but what happened to me might happen to you. You get what you pay for. This new box made all the difference. It’s so much cleaner and louder now. Posted by Wil Santiago on Nov 07, 2018 First of all let me say thanks to Kieth and Barbara for excellent customer service. Barbara took care of my order and kept me informed throughout the process. I did not rush or bother them with endless communications. Keith sent me out some pictures of the enclosure and and the process before shipping. Now to the best part, I received the enclosure on Monday and with the packaging, I was very impressed so I knew if they took this much time to package the box, I could expect nothing but a 5 star box inside. I was blown away with Keith's craftsmanship and right away I had to text Barbara and let them know how happy I was. About 2 months ago, I order a kerf ported enclosure from another online seller who is always running specials on kerf ported boxes and I must tell you, first of all, you get what you pay for, second of all, the box went into the trash a month ago. The box I got from D4S came sanded perfectly, great wood, rounded corners, 45's inside all the corners for reinforcement, and packaging was excellent! I will continue to order from D4S.
