BOTH ARE A VERY CLEAR, LOUD SPEAKER WITH RICH SOUND. HOWEVER, THE D4S-65 IS GOING TO BE LOUDER, HAVE A WIDER FREQUENCY RESPONSE, BETTER POWER HANDLING WITH HIGHER SENSITIVITY. They sound super clear and loud and iam a conga player so must of the time I listen to latin jazz and a lot of congas solos so those speakers deliver punch, clear, and loud sound. I recomend it ?%. They are amazingly loud and have great sound quality. Unfortunately I just had one go out on me this weekend, so I have ordered a pair of the d4s-65 to replace.
