Upgraded my factory battery to a red top optima and replaced factory alternator with mechman 240amp alternator and upgraded all my electrical to 1/0. Voltages would still drop to about 12.2v but in less than 2 seconds would go back up to 13.8v. After installation of this supplemental battery I have zero voltage drop.
