I think these are much more natural spunding . If you listen to rock, you may find pro audio speakers lack in mid bass response and scream with the guitar riffs. These mute the screaming to a comfortable level and allow me to clearly hear the 100-200hz range crossed at 150hz 24db/ oct as per the manual. Be aware these speakers are very large while still being a 6.5 speaker. The mounting hole meeds a minimum diameter of 6.1" which required me to gut and gring some tabs on my door. Nothing major ymmv however you will not be disappointed. I dont even have these paired with a tweeter and im very happy with the quality of sound and the loudness. 5 D4S 6.5 and jp234 combo Posted by Michael Perez on Aug 01, 2021 Never had a amp on door speakers or door speakers this good.. Gotta say this package is loud already. Got a little more tweaking to do but don't get me wrong they are loud and clear. Make sure you have backroom for these large motors. Had to put big spacers for my 98 4dr tahoe. I'm very pleased with the sound coming from this package. View All Close
