This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Sounds very good! Amp definitely pumps out the power! Looked over my new amp like a kid on Christmas! I was very pleased with the construction and overall look. Had a small issue with the remote bass knob, called their number, gave order# and the issue description-BAM new part being shipped out. You can't beat customer service like that. Amp is installed, first round of tuning has been done-I LIKE IT! *I noticed the ventilation slots are on the bottom of the amplifier so I decided to get some 1/2" nylon spacers to mount the amp on.
