This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our websi te. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. Voltage display screen clear and voltage it says is on the money tested it with voltage meter. Would buy again for other builds. Shipping on time nice sticker to show off only the best products from down 4 sound. Very nice customer service that gives you updates on the products you buy from them. Just got 2 SB 10s 4ohms love them nice strong hard bass that can beat for a long time. 5 Loved it!!!! It definitely does what it is supposed to do and very easy to hook up. Voltage readout is spot on. The only thing that I wish was different is I wish the actual knob itself could be tighter. What I mean is the knob turns so easily that it will mive on its own if you set it down or in your lap. But it rolls in smooth and does great. Great for demos but I don't use it in my daily because of the knob being so sensitive to movement. But I live it for the price I have no complaints.
